I am a psychodynamic trainee counsellor. I am a student member of the BACP and adhere to the ethical framework. I am currently on the last year of my counselling studies, working towards a Level 4 in Therapeutic counselling.
What to Expect:
My aim is to provide an empathetic, safe, and confidential space where clients can explore themselves and be heard and listened to. I offer a non-judgmental space where complicated feelings can be explored, through which clients can discover their more authentic selves. I believe in letting clients explore their feelings at their own pace and I respect your autonomy.
My Approach:
I’m trained as a psychodynamic and person centered counsellor. I believe the professional relationship between a client and a counsellor is key for creating a space where you can be your authentic self and explore both yourself and your circumstances.
Area of Focus:
I am interested in working with people who have experienced anxiety, conflict, isolation, relationship difficulties, bereavement, life changes, exploring childhood, and increasing awareness of your own patterns to create a deeper understanding of the self.
