I’m a BACP-registered Trainee Counsellor currently pursuing a Level 4 Diploma in Integrative Counseling. As someone living with neurodiversity and part of the LGBTQ+ community, I have a personal understanding of the challenges that can come with feeling misunderstood or marginalised. I’m committed to providing a space where everyone feels safe, heard, and accepted.
Our sessions will take place in a non-judgmental, confidential environment where you are free to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Whether you’re navigating life’s challenges like loss, anxiety, stress, or grappling with long-standing difficulties, I am here to support you in making sense of your experiences and working toward positive change.
I utilise a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy, Gestalt, Attachment Theory, and Transactional Analysis. I tailor my methods to suit your individual needs, ensuring that our work together feels relevant and helpful to your unique situation.
I offer support for a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, grief, relationship issues, stress, and self-esteem. I also understand the unique complexities that can arise from identity exploration, including experiences related to the LGBTQIA+ community and neurodiversity. My goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel understood and validated, empowering you to make meaningful changes in your life.
If you’re ready to embark on this journey or want to learn more, I invite you to reach out. Let’s connect and explore how I can support you on your path toward greater understanding and personal growth.
