Charlotte Klingholtz
Counsellor
My name is Charlotte, and I am a trainee psychotherapist currently studying at the Minster Centre in London. My approach is integrative, drawing on psychodynamic, humanistic, existential, and relational perspectives to support you in a way that feels responsive and individual. As a student member of the BACP, I work within its ethical framework. Alongside my therapeutic training, my background in graphic design fosters a creative and flexible mindset, which can bring unique perspectives to our work together.
Working integratively means I draw on various therapeutic perspectives rather than following a single, fixed model. This allows the work to be shaped around you as an individual, responding to what feels most helpful in the moment. Our work is collaborative and moves at a pace that feels right for you. I aim to provide a warm, empathetic, and safe space where you feel supported and understood as we explore your experiences together with curiosity and care.
