About Charlotte

Hi, I’m Charlotte. I am working towards my professional qualification in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy at the Minster Centre in London. My background is in research and teaching, focusing on social factors that affect mental health, as well as people’s access to and experiences of support. I also work with a charity aiming to improve the ways in which public services support children, young people and families. From my own experience with therapy, I know it can be hard to take the first step in reaching out, but also that it’s really worth trying

I work integratively, meaning I draw on multiple approaches to best work with you as an individual. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and am committed to anti-oppressive practice. This means recognising how power, social inequalities and discrimination impacts people in different ways. I’m a student member of the BACP, abiding by their ethical framework.
