Hi, I’m Claire, and I am a trainee counsellor at Inside Talk. I am currently working towards my professional qualification in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy at the Minster Centre in London. My background is in local authority commissioning, working closely with voluntary sector providers to deliver support services for individuals facing a range of challenges, particularly those impacted by social inequality. I am a student member of the BACP and adhere to their ethical framework

My integrative training means I draw on different approaches and theories, depending on what feels most useful for you. I believe that feeling understood, acknowledged, and heard can have a profound impact, bringing relief, clarity and empowerment.
