Eleanor Jeffrey

Hello, my name is Eleanor and I am a psychotherapist in training (MA / level 7) at Roehampton University. I have worked in a range of client facing roles including a charity supporting vulnerable adults suffering from loneliness and isolation. This highlighted the need for everyone to have access to affordable quality therapy. I am a member of the BACP and adhere to their ethical guidelines.

I offer a warm open minded and confidential space. I am trained in integrative psychotherapy, with foundations in person-centred, psychodynamic and existential modalities. An integrative approach to therapy means that in our sessions I may draw from a number of different practices, providing a well-rounded therapeutic experience tailored to you and your individual therapy goals.
