I am a trainee integrative therapist, exploring a wide variety of approaches to counselling. This allows me to draw on a diversity of approaches to work with you in a way that suits you.
Therapy is an open, compassionate, and non-judgmental space in service of you. We will explore whatever you bring or whatever arises in our sessions with empathy and curiosity. Together we will create an environment in which you can move at your own pace towards greater self-awareness, understanding, and compassion.
I believe that the purpose of therapy is, first and foremost, to create a safe and comfortable environment in which what needs to arise can arise – without judgement and without an agenda. All thoughts, feelings, and sensations are welcome and, when the time is right, worthy of our attention and care.
I will approach you – and all that arises in our sessions – with warmth, patience, and curiosity. Attuning myself to your circumstances and needs, I will use my knowledge of different therapeutic theories to support you on your journey.
