About Minzi

Hi there, I'm Minzi. I've always been curious about how people make sense of themselves. My background spans Psychology, Neuroscience, and Digital Anthropology, exploring how culture, identity and behaviour intersect. My own history, and navigating questions of belonging as a minority, led me to therapy - and ultimately to training at the Minster Centre, where I am currently completing my clinical training and working with clients within the NHS.

My approach is integrative, drawing on different perspectives to suit what is most helpful for you. That might look like talking, moving around the room, speaking to an empty chair. I pay attention to how past experiences, relationships, and culture shape the present, and how our bodies carry what our minds have lived through. I work in a racially and culturally aware way, welcoming people of all orientations and identities, as well as those navigating questions of faith, values, and sexuality - wherever you are in that process.
