About Miriam

Hello, my name is Miriam and I am completing the final year of my MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling at Regent’s University London. Alongside my training, I have experience providing therapy in other therapeutic settings, including a charity offering short-term NHS talking therapy. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and follow their ethical framework. Please note that I am currently offering online sessions only.

I offer a warm, open-minded, and confidential space for us to explore your experiences together. I am training as an integrative therapist, drawing from a range of modalities and tailoring our work to your individual needs. My approach leans toward existential and humanistic perspectives, which means I tend to place emphasis on your lived experiences, your values, and what matters most to you as a person. At times our work may feel reflective and exploratory; at other times it may involve understanding emotional patterns, relationships, or moments of difficulty. I see therapy as a collaborative process built on trust, empathy and curiosity.
