Nikki Lyttleton

Counsellor

About Me:
My name is Nikki and I’m an integrative counsellor, which means that I work with a variety of clinical approaches, tailored to your individual needs. By having a flexible approach, I am able to work collaboratively with you to find the best way to help. At the core of my approach to therapy is a belief that given the right conditions, we have a natural instinct to develop and thrive, but that sometimes, when the right conditions haven’t been there, it can leave you overwhelmed, sad, alone, or stuck.

What to Expect:

I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space in which we can explore what is going on for you and how you might find the strength and clarity to navigate changes you might want to make in your life. We might, for example, look at childhood experiences, personal beliefs, your hopes and fears, and work together to come to terms with the past and how it has been carried into the present.

My Approach:

Having worked as a lawyer for many years in litigation and with some experience in family law, I am currently nearing the end of a Level 5 Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling.

Area of Focus:

I offer a free initial call so that we can see if there is a ‘fit’ for us to work together.
