Seàn Lennon

Hi there, my name is Seán. I'm from Ireland and a final-year trainee psychotherapist at the University of Roehampton.

I believe there are parts of ourselves that we know quite well, and parts we know less so. I am interested in how our past experiences, relationships, and feelings shape the present. My approach is about, above all, listening to what you have to say, in a way that may feel different from typical day-to-day conversations.
