About Me:

I am Francesca, I have completed an MSc in Psychology and Psychodynamic training and I am also a Counselling Psychologist trainee. I have worked in a wide variety of settings including private clinics and HMP services. I am dedicated and compassionate – my journey in the field of counselling is driven by a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges to discover their inner strength and resilience. As part of my Doctorate, I am focusing on a person-centered approach, e.g. the power of empathy, active listening, and non-judgmental support as the cornerstones of effective therapy.

Area of Focus:

I have experience in working with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, addiction, stress, self-esteem, relationship challenges, insomnia, anger management and personal development.
