Hi, my name is Sagi and I’m currently training to be a psychotherapist at the Minster Centre. I have a degree in psychology and a Master’s in Labour studies. Over the years, I volunteered with Samaritans and a support group for people with mental health challenges. These experiences have taught me the importance of giving people the space to make their own choices and helping them take control of their lives. I’ve also become aware of the struggles that come with stigma and marginalisation.
I’m sensitive, warm, and open-minded. With empathy I intend to create a non-judgmental positive environment where you can feel safe to share your thoughts, be yourself and truly feel heard.
My training as an integrative therapist means that I use different methods to best fit your unique needs and situations. I believe in a person-centred approach, creating a safe and accepting space where you can explore your patterns, beliefs, and feelings to develop self-acceptance. I’ll also offer gentle challenges to help you build self-worth and a sense of accomplishment.
I’m here to talk about whatever you bring, whether it’s anxiety, low mood, relationships, self-image, or confidence. Together, we’ll build a supportive therapeutic relationship to help you find balance and well-being in your life.
I look forward to hearing from you.
