Hello, I’m Anastasia (Ana for short). I’m a trainee integrative psychotherapist pursuing my Master’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy at Regent’s University London. My professional journey has been diverse, encompassing a background in journalism and cognitive neuroscience, alongside volunteering experience with Samaritans. As a student member of BACP, I adhere to their ethical framework, ensuring that my practice is grounded in professionalism and integrity.

Having personally experienced the overwhelming nature of life’s challenges, I understand how isolating difficult thoughts and emotions can be. Therapy has been a powerful tool for me, fostering strength and resilience while offering opportunities for self-awareness and acceptance. I believe therapy is beneficial at any life stage. As an integrative therapist, I draw from various therapeutic approaches to tailor each session to your unique needs, respecting your individual experiences. My practice is informed by professional development in areas such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, trauma, diversity, disabilities, and suicide prevention.
I focus on helping clients become more self-aware and recognise unhelpful patterns and behaviours in their lives, which is the first step toward meaningful and lasting positive change. Having worked with people from diverse backgrounds, I understand the importance of exploring diversity in therapy, ensuring that each client’s unique experiences are acknowledged and respected.
