About Me:

Hi, I’m Mike. As a trainee Integrative psychotherapist, I bring a unique combination of professional knowledge and life experiences to my practice. My background has equipped me with a deep understanding of human resilience, the complexities of identity, and the transformative nature of genuine authentic therapeutic connection.

My background has given me valuable insights into various life challenges, including:
Navigating complex cultural and identity issues
Coping with loss and developing resilience
Understanding the lived experience of neurodiversity
Managing work-life balance and career transitions
Navigating complex family dynamics
Handling responsibilities and caring roles

People often describe me as caring, creative, adaptable and non-judgemental. I bring these qualities into the therapy room, along with:
A natural ability to create a safe, welcoming, contained environment
Strong relational skills that help clients feel truly seen and heard
Strategic thinking to identify patterns and facilitate meaningful change
Creativity in approaching complex issues from new perspectives

What to Expect:

In our sessions you can expect a collaborative, respectful, authentic approach that is truly unique. I’ll meet you where you are and be alongside you in your own experiences and perspectives. Whether it’s healing from past challenges or trauma, improving relationships, or moving towards greater self-actualisation, I am here to take that step with you.
I’m committed to ongoing CPD, which ensures that I bring the most current and effective therapeutic approaches to our sessions.

My Approach:

The integrative approach allows me to draw from various therapeutic modalities so that our time together can be tailored to your unique needs and experiences. At the core of my practice are three fundamental principles:
1. Trust: Creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely.
