Hello, I’m Jessica, a trainee counsellor currently pursuing an MSc in Integrative Counselling and Coaching. I am dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals seeking therapy. As a member of the BACP, I uphold their ethical guidelines and standards in my practice.
Life can often present challenges that feel overwhelming, leaving us feeling lost or uncertain. In therapy, I offer a non-judgmental and empathetic space where we can explore these challenges together. Whether you have a clear reason for seeking therapy or simply feel a sense of unease, I’m here to support you in a collaborative journey of exploration and growth.
Drawing from my integrative training, I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. I utilise a variety of therapeutic modalities, including person-centred, existentialism, psychodynamic, transactional analysis, Gestalt, CBT, and ACT. By integrating these approaches, I aim to provide a holistic and personalised therapeutic experience.
I work with clients facing a range of issues, including anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, trauma, and challenges in relationships. I believe in creating a safe space where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences and work towards positive change.
