Hi, I’m Jenna, a trainee integrative psychotherapist. I am driven by a desire to create meaningful change in people’s lives. Whether it’s helping you work through distress or providing guidance through moments of uncertainty, I am passionate about supporting you on your journey towards change and self-discovery.
In our sessions, you can expect a warm, non-judgmental, and confidential space where you can bring whatever is on your mind. My approach is client-first, meaning your needs and experiences are at the forefront of our work together. We will explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours in a safe environment, working collaboratively towards your goals. I adhere strictly to the BACP ethical framework to ensure the highest standards of professionalism and care.

I draw from approaches such as person-centred, existential, psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioural therapy, allowing me to tailor my approach to meet your unique needs.
